Welcome to Chicago Fireworks Girls Fastpitch Softball

 

Our 10U and 12U teams are still looking for one or two more players to round out their roster.   We are looking for players who are team-oriented, hard-working and committed to improving their game.  We are a well-established organization located on the Northwest side of Chicago dedicated to the highest possible skill development, without compromising the childhood experience with ultra-high pressure tactics. Our resources include top local college D1 players, coaches, and pro fast pitch players. Every one of our graduating players has been placed with a college softball program because we teach with that goal in mind.  Our program is not held back by residency restrictions or in-house league requirements.

The Fireworks is a volunteer run organization and always looking for individuals interested in making a contribution in a number of roles especially coaching. Please let us know if you might be interested in either a coaching or other volunteer role.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

 

o All of our players will compete within our organization because THEY enjoy softball and want to improve their game!

o We will strive to be the most competitive program that we possibly can, while offering each player who has earned it, the opportunity to contribute during game play.  The girls who play the most will be those who have earned that time.  The objective: Our girls will learn how to set personal goals which result in achieving their own accomplishments! If all of our girls earn their time, we will balance playing time to the fullest extent.

o The Fireworks Organization prepares girls under the belief that during game play, challenges are energizing rather than intimidating.  Our coaches teach with a philosophy of growth mind-set.  Girls quickly learn that success is measured by individual, as well as team effort.  Within our organization, the journey is far greater than the destination; winning is simply a byproduct of hard work, intensity, and focused application on the playing field.

o Friendships, be them adult or child, will always be a wonderful result of the overall Fireworks experience. However, these friendships grow as a result of our girls developing one common interest while spending a lot of time together The Focus is SOFTBALL.
